The Sue France Training ‘Workations’ involves an all inclusive stay in a beautiful Finca in the foothills of the mountains of Andalucia for 6 nights/7 days. It includes 4 x 4 hour morning workshops with Sue France FCIPD FInstAM INLPTA who is a renowned motivational trainer for Assistants and an award-winning Assistant herself and a qualified learning and development trainer, a certified TetraMap behavioural practitioner and a certified coach as well as a neuroscience enthusiast.

Taking neuroscience into consideration and understanding the brain, you will have afternoons free to relax so your brain can rest and reboot and digest the information subconsciously. You will have time to network, have fun exploring or resting around the pool or in the shaded hammock area, whilst your brain puts short-term memory into long-term memory.  It includes all meals, (1/2 bottle of wine with dinner), airport transfers, taxis to and from local restaurants (breakfast and some meals will be taken at The Finca), accommodation is on a shared twin ensuite bedroom basis plus live music on one evening.

You will also have one full day free to explore the Malaga area and beaches or simply rest and sunbathe at the Finca. Eligibility to attend ‘The Advanced Workation for Leadership & Team Management skills’ is that you must have attended The Definitive Professional Assistant Workation or one of Sue’s 2 or 3 day workshops. If you have not done TetraMap behavioural profiling on one of these workshops then you will need to have this as an extra cost of €100 euros which can be conducted on the afternoon of the first workshop day.

The all inclusive ‘Workations’ cost for 6 nights and 7 days just €1950 whichever Workation you book – all you have to pay extra for are your flights and lunch and dinner on the free day and any excursion you may wish to make on the free day. I am happy to do bespoke workshops including long weekends for 6 people who are from one organisation from Thursday evening to Monday evening so you only have to take 2.5 days holiday from work and you will have a fabulous break in sunny Spain to recharge your batteries as well as coming back as an effective team having learned lots to make a difference at work.
