We are excited to announce our new 2 day programme focused entirely on developing your skills in project management. Project Management skills and knowledge are in high demand in the workplace and this 2 day programme will equip you with the theory, practices and skills to manage big and small projects with confidence.
The programme is packed full of of useful tools and techniques. The term project management can be overwhelming but this programme will break down the myths and equip you with the knowledge and terminology to effectively manage projects.
You will receive an ILM Certificate after completion of the programme to enhance your CV and Performance Appraisals.
Dates: 7th & 8th February 2018
1st May & 2nd May 2018
Cost: 10% discount applies until 31st January 2018.
For members: £750 for 2 days (reduced to £675 until 31st January 2018)
For Non-Members: £800 for 2 days (reduced to £720 until 31st January 2018)
